Things got worse when Lyme made a rare break and their striker found room before firing past keeper Tom Hawkings.
But, with time running out, the Tangerines were awarded a penalty for a tackle from behind in the visitors’ area and man-of-the-match Nott made no mistake from the spot.
The Reserves are away to Wells City Reserves in the Somerset Senior Cup this Saturday.
