Stitch2Print Devon & Exeter League premier division: Feniton 1, Wellington Reserves 2
Our Reserves recorded another fine away win at Feniton yesterday (Saturday) to stay fourth in the table.

Player of the match Tom Davies is pictured with joint boss Michael Owen.
Player-manager Mark Owen decided to play the same starting 11 which won at Winkleigh the previous weekend with the returning Ollie Nott and Sam Poole on the bench.
With the game only five minutes old Wellington should have had a penalty. With the ball played back to the Feniton keeper, he cleared it straight to the onrushing Jack Bryant who was wiped out as he skipped past the keeper only for the referee to award a goal kick.
The first half was played at a good pace with both teams trying to play football and Tangerines keeper Charlie Hawkings was quick off his line on a few occasions to make smart saves and keep his team in the game.
As half-time approached, Wellington made the breakthrough when Ben Evett hit a fine shot across the keeper from 15 yards into the corner.
The second half started with Owen bringing on Sam Poole on for Luke Perry.
The game was very tight with both teams probing for an opening but, with the defences outstanding, the keepers looked comfortable.
With 25 minutes to go, Wellington went 2-0 up when Evett was tripped as he ran into the box with only the keeper to beat. He got up and took the penalty, sending the keeper the wrong way.
Feniton went to three at the back and four up front, trying to get back into the game, but Sam Bryant and Tom Davies were outstanding in defence with the cause was made more difficult when Connor Pengelly was sin binned for challenging the ref on a foul against him.
With three minutes to go, Fention did pull a goal back when the winger cut inside on the right and hit a curling shot from 25 yards across Hawkings.
It hit the inside of the post and came back out with Feniton forcing the bouncing ball past Hawkings from eight yards out.
Wellington then stayed firm until the final whistle to pick up three more points in another successful season.
Team: Charlie Hawkings, Wes Poulsom, Dylan Groves, Sam Bryant, Tom Davies, Ollie Ackland, Luke Perry, Connor Noble, Ben Evett, Jack Bryant, Connor Pengelly. Substitutes: Ollie Nott and Sam Bryant (used); Mark Owen (not used).
