The Board of Directors of the Western League have agreed a sponsorship partnership with leading national builders’ merchant Jewson.

The deal was announced at the opening of the new Jewson Bridgwater branch.

The league’s chairman, John Pool, officially opened the branch by cutting a ribbon.

He said: “Jewson have a huge community ethos, which is something that sits alongside our own values as a League.

“Working together for the betterment of the communities our clubs represent is especially important to us as we move into a new era of possibilities.

“Many of our Jewson colleagues and those within the trade also have affiliations to football clubs in this part of the country – whether as players, officials or supporters – making the partnership even more important to us”.

Jewson is proud to partner the trades, building on its 180-plus years of industry experience, offering the UK’s professional tradespeople the products and services they need to work smarter and grow their business faster, powered by a robust sourcing network and distribution platform.
