Our Sports Therapist, Lauren Watts, is swapping her football boots for dancing shoes this weekend in aid of a cause very close to her heart.
Lauren is organising – and participating in – a Dance-a-Thon at the Mad Hub in Taunton on Sunday from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
Her mum, Karen, suffers from multiple sclerosis and all proceeds will go to the MS Trust.
Lauren says: “Mum has never let having MS get her down or stop her from doing things – where there’s a will there’s a way!
“Safe to say she’s a rock in our family and this event is for her and the MS Trust.
“Anyone who knows me will realise dancing certainly isn’t a strong point of mine so, if you want a laugh, then come on down and join in.
