Congratulations to our Wanderers U11s on being recognised for their outstanding sportsmanship by being presented with the Fair Play Award for the Taunton & District Youth League.
Manager John Norman said: “The award is a fitting reward for a fantastic season in which the team consistently demonstrated positivity, respect, teamwork and excellent behaviour both on and off the pitch.
“Coaches, players and parents have all played their part in creating a positive environment, making the recognition even more special.
“With the U11 season now complete, the squad are already looking ahead with excitement as they prepare to step up into the competitive U12 league next season.
“The players have developed tremendously over the past year and are eager to test themselves in the next stage of their football journey.
“The squad would also like to extend their sincere thanks to our valued sponsors. Roadchef have proudly supported the team by sponsoring their playing shirts, while R&M Motors have generously provided footballs throughout the season.
“Their support has been invaluable in helping the young players enjoy and develop their love of the game.
