Somerset County Women’s League: Pen Mill Reserves 3, Wellington Ladies 0
Both teams produced a fantastic game of football at Johnson Park in Yeovil.
Although Wellington dominated in the first half, Pen Mill counter-attacked on two occasions and scored from both. Wellington battled on and had an outstanding amount of attempts on goal.
After the break, Pen Mill fluked another goal from the halfway line leaving Wellington extremely unlucky as they went down to a three-goal defeat.
The Ladies’ next game is on this Sunday, October 27th, at home to Bishops Lydeard.
