Somerset County Women’s League: Wellington 3, Paulton Rovers Reserves 0
Following an exceptional first half to the season, our Ladies have (until further notice from the league) finished on a high with victory over Paulton Rovers Reserves at the Playing Field.
The result, which leaves Wellington third in the table, was achieved with a great performance from all and goals from Leah Morrell, Ebony Sellick and Tash Hole.
Player of the match was Hannah Worth for stepping into goal and doing a superb job in keeping a clean sheet on her debut.
A special mention too to Marie Barrow for excellent control from midfield.
The Ladies look to maintain their excellent form as soon as the league resumes after lockdown.
