Our United U13s celebrated the end of their first 11-a-side season with a day out at Footgolf on the Exe followed by an awards evening at the club.

Manager Steve Newstead said: “The boys showed great improvement which will hopefully put them in good stead as their games move to Sundays as U14s.

“We look forward to the forthcoming season and giving the boys the opportunity to play the beautiful game and make plenty of memories along the way.”

Awards included:

  • Players’ Player and Parents’ Player, Zach W.
  • Golden Boot, Blake M.
  • Most Improved, Fin H.
  • Manager’s Player, Caleb J-H.

All the boys also received a trophy thanking them for being part of the team for another year.

The squad would like to thank their sponsor, The Gutter Doctor, for their continued support throughout the season.

They are also grateful to Pizza Palace for providing food in the evening.
